Health & Safety
Health and Safety is the number one priority for Rose Building Services. We have an impeccable safety record and are fully engaged with the requirements for health and safety.
We keep up to date with the latest health and safety legislation, and regularly liaise with our independent H&S consultant, whilst carrying out frequent self-evaluation.
All our personnel carry Construction Skills Certification Scheme cards (CSCS ).
Sustainability
We are fully aware that in the interest of the environment all designs and construction projects benefit from sustainable solutions. Therefore we encourage the implementation of eco-friendly equipment in the projects we manage, including bio-mass boilers, ground source heat pumps and all other energy efficient systems in order to comply, and in some instances, exceed requirements for energy performance certification.
