Dave Rose IEng, MIET Director, is founder of Rose Building Services.
With over 30 years' experience in building services, Dave has extensive in-depth knowledge of design co-ordination and services installations, which has allowed him to build and manage a successful team.
Prior to founding Rose Building Services in 1997, Dave gained several years experience with large, multi-national contractors.
He now oversees Rose Building Services' operations with fellow Director John Saunderson.

John Saunderson
John Saunderson EngTech, MIET, is a Director at Rose Building Services.
John's expertise has developed over 30 years of working with both contractors and consultants on a number of building services projects. His in-depth involvement in project management has resulted in a wealth of experience across a range of building and construction ventures.
His enthusiasm and highly self-motivated, pro-active approach has led to a successful career in the building services industry, allowing John to face any challenge, regardless of the size or scale of the project.
Alongside founder David Rose, John has played a major part in the development and growth of Rose Building Services. Together they manage a successful team of Technical Service Engineers.
Technical Operations Director
Peter Mugford
Peter joined Rose Building Services in October 2013 and prior to this Peter gained experience from working with national contractors, electrical services companies and end users. Working with both main contractors and consultants Peter has gained a rounded knowledge of many sectors within the building industry and possesses the necessary experience, and in-depth knowledge required to deal with any design co-ordination and technical services installations.
